Custom sizing and grading

Yes. We work with custom size charts and grading rules supplied by the brand, and we can also develop sizing from a reference garment. Grading is confirmed before sampling, because a chart that is set correctly at the start prevents measurement problems across the entire order.

Where a brand uses its own chart, we check it for internal consistency first, for example that increments between sizes are even and that the proportions suit the intended fit. If we spot an inconsistency, we raise it before sampling rather than producing a full size set that repeats the same issue.

After approval, the size chart becomes part of the specification, and measurements are checked against it during final inspection. That gives you a documented standard to compare against on future reorders.

Where a chart is based on an existing garment, send the garment too if possible: measuring the actual piece removes ambiguity about where measurements are taken, such as chest at underarm versus chest one inch below.
