What does OEM manufacturing include when I supply my own designs?

OEM: your design, our production

In OEM, the design direction is yours. You supply the artwork, the fit intent, the fabric preference and the size chart, and the factory turns that into a written specification, sources the material, cuts and sews the sample, and then repeats it at volume.

The factory's value in this model is execution rather than invention. That means checking whether the specified fabric is available, whether the measurements are consistent, and whether the decoration technique behaves on the chosen material, all before cutting begins.

Sampling typically takes around two weeks and is charged separately and quoted upfront. Bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved, and the approved sample stays the reference for the whole run.

Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway. Branding elements such as labels, hangtags and packaging are specified with the style so the finished goods arrive ready for your own identity.
