How do you ensure color consistency across a streetwear apparel bulk orderThis is confirmed per style, because the answer depends on the fabric, the construction and the finish you choose.Fabric is specified per style, and the choice of weight and weave is confirmed before sampling so the sample and the bulk run match. Construction details are agreed per style in a written specification, covering trims, hardware, measurements and decoration placement..If your launch date is fixed, work backwards from it and treat sampling, bulk and freight as three separate bookings.Sizing is agreed inside one colourway, so a size run can follow your real sales curve.Production checks happen at cutting, at sewing, at finishing and before packing.Bulk production starts once the sample is approved in writing, not while the specification is still moving.Specification changes after cutting are avoided deliberately, since they are the most expensive place to make a change.Compliance and testing are confirmed per project rather than claimed in general, because the fibre content of a style decides which material certifications apply.Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved.Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm the details in writing before any sampling begins. We reply to inquiries within one working day.
