Question 18

The unit price of tops depends on several elements: fabric and weight, construction and fit complexity, decoration such as printing, embroidery or

Accepted Answer

How unit price is calculatedThe unit price of tops depends on several elements: fabric and weight, construction and fit complexity, decoration such as printing, embroidery or washing, labels and packaging, and the total quantity you order. Each of these changes the cost structure, which is why we quote per project rather than from a fixed price list.Fixed costs, including pattern development, machine setup, screen or embroidery setup and packing preparation, are spread across the number of pieces produced. That is why larger volumes normally bring a lower unit price: the same fixed cost is divided by more units. To make comparison easy, we provide an itemized quotation showing the main cost elements, and we can quote two or three quantity levels so you can see how the price changes with volume. If your design is still evolving, we can also indicate which specification choices have the biggest effect on cost.Send your design and target quantities and we will prepare a clear, itemized quotation for your project. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, not per order. Sizes can be mixed inside one colourway to reach that figure, so a single design in a single colour is the easiest way to start. Each additional colour is treated as its own minimum, because a new colour means a different fabric reservation, a separate cut and often a separate decoration setup.Sampling is charged and quoted upfront, and the sample fee is offset only when the bulk volume is large enough. A sample is a small production run in its own right, covering pattern work, a fabric reservation, cutting, sewing and decoration, which is why it carries a real cost. Sampling takes about two weeks from confirmed artwork and fabric.

Question 20

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. The minimum applies to each individual style you order, rather than being a total across a who

Accepted Answer

MOQ for topsOur standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. The minimum applies to each individual style you order, rather than being a total across a whole collection, so a brand can start with one design and still meet the requirement.Sizes can be mixed within one colorway to reach the minimum. For example, a single style and colour can be ordered as a spread of sizes such as S, M, L and XL totalling 100 pieces. Different colours are treated as separate orders, because each colour involves separate fabric or dye lots, separate cutting and separate setup. This structure exists to make small runs practical. Many factories require several hundred pieces per style, which forces young brands to tie up capital in inventory before they know what sells. A 100-piece minimum lets you test a design, gather real customer feedback and scale only what performs. If you are planning several styles, we confirm the minimum for each one in the written quotation and can suggest quantities that keep the first order efficient.Sampling is charged and quoted upfront, and the sample fee is offset only when the bulk volume is large enough. A sample is a small production run in its own right, covering pattern work, a fabric reservation, cutting, sewing and decoration, which is why it carries a real cost. Sampling takes about two weeks from confirmed artwork and fabric.Bulk production takes three to four weeks after sample approval. That window covers fabric arrival, cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing, and it starts from the approved sample rather than from the enquiry date. Freight planning belongs at the same stage, because sea, air and land options differ in transit time and cost.

Accepted Answer

How long do you keep my streetwear apparel patterns for future reordersReorders depend on the records kept the first time: the approved sample, the size set and the wash recipe.Fabric is specified per style, and the choice of weight and weave is confirmed before sampling so the sample and the bulk run match. Construction details are agreed per style in a written specification, covering trims, hardware, measurements and decoration placement..Production is scheduled around a confirmed order slot, so a delivery date depends on the specification being fixed. If your launch date is fixed, work backwards from it and treat sampling, bulk and freight as three separate bookings. Each colour is dyed, cut and finished as its own group, so consistency is maintained colour by colour.Freight is quoted as its own line so the transit cost is visible before the goods are finished.Confirming the specification in writing before cutting is what keeps a first order and a reorder matching each other. We hold BSCI social compliance certification, and material certifications such as OEKO-TEX are confirmed per project at the quotation stage.Send us the style, the quantity per colour and your target date, and we will come back with what is realistic rather than theoretical.

Accepted Answer

Can you help me build a competitive product mix around streetwear apparelThis is confirmed per style, because the answer depends on the fabric, the construction and the finish you choose.Fabric is specified per style, and the choice of weight and weave is confirmed before sampling so the sample and the bulk run match. Construction details are agreed per style in a written specification, covering trims, hardware, measurements and decoration placement..Bulk production starts once the sample is approved in writing, not while the specification is still moving.Special techniques are tested on the actual material, because they behave differently across fabrics. We ask for the quantity per colour rather than a single total, because that is what the minimum applies to.Confirming the specification in writing before cutting is what keeps a first order and a reorder matching each other.Decoration placement and technique are settled on the physical sample instead of on a screen.Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront, and it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough. If you would like this applied to a specific style, share the reference and the volume you have in mind and we will answer directly.
