Are there hidden tooling or setup fees for custom sweatpants & joggersThis is confirmed per style, because the answer depends on the fabric, the construction and the finish you choose.French terry and brushed fleece are standard, chosen for how the fabric drapes and how it feels against the skin rather than for print surface. Waistband elastic quality, cuff ribbing and the taper of the leg are what customers judge, and those three decisions decide whether the pair gets reordered..Specification changes after cutting are avoided deliberately, since they are the most expensive place to make a change.A written brief shortens the first round, since the specification can be confirmed before sampling begins.Fabric and trims are checked against your specification rather than assumed, because a substitution changes the wash result.Size approval happens on the sample, and the approved size set stays with the order for future repeats.Export packaging is specified with the style, which is what keeps labelling and packing consistent between runs.Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront, and it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough.Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm the details in writing before any sampling begins. What is the price difference between sample and bulk orders of sweatpants & joggThe practical answer depends on your specification rather than on a standard figure, which is why we confirm it in the quotation.Printed leg graphics and embroidered marks are the usual treatments, and leg placement has to be set before the seams close. Inspection covers elastic recovery, inseam measurement and cuff symmetry..If your launch date is fixed, work backwards from it and treat sampling, bulk and freight as three separate bookings. We would rather raise a risk before sampling than discover it during bulk production.Where a finish cannot be confirmed on a given fabric, we say so rather than commit to it and correct it later.Sizing is agreed inside one colourway, so a size run can follow your real sales curve.Colour is the variable that multiplies an order, which is why it is worth deciding the colour count early.Waistband elastic quality, cuff ribbing and the taper of the leg are what customers judge, and those three decisions decide whether the pair gets reordered. Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per style, per color, with sizes mixable inside one colourway and each colour treated as its own order.Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm the details in writing before any sampling begins.
