Question 1

Yes. With an MOQ of 100 pieces per style, per color, you can place a trial order before committing to a larger production run. This is the approach

Accepted Answer

Can I order hats & caps in small trial quantities before bulk productionThis is confirmed per style, because the answer depends on the fabric, the construction and the finish you choose.Cap bodies are built from cotton twill, canvas, corduroy or nylon, and the fabric decides how the crown holds its shape after wear. The panel count, the sweatband and the closure are the three parts customers notice, and a five-panel and a six-panel need different coverage and seam placement..We ask for the quantity per colour rather than a single total, because that is what the minimum applies to.Fabric and trims are checked against your specification rather than assumed, because a substitution changes the wash result.Production is scheduled around a confirmed order slot, so a delivery date depends on the specification being fixed.Material and social compliance are confirmed per project, so the certificate that applies is the one for your fibre content. We would rather raise a risk before sampling than discover it during bulk production.Sampling typically takes around two weeks, and bulk production typically takes three to four weeks after the sample is approved. If you would like this applied to a specific style, share the reference and the volume you have in mind and we will answer directly.

Accepted Answer

MOQ for hats and amp; capsOur standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. The minimum applies to each individual style you order, rather than being a total across a whole collection, so a brand can start with one design and still meet the requirement.Sizes can be mixed within one colorway to reach the minimum. For example, a single style and colour can be ordered as a spread of sizes such as S, M, L and XL totalling 100 pieces. Different colours are treated as separate orders, because each colour involves separate fabric or dye lots, separate cutting and separate setup. This structure exists to make small runs practical. Many factories require several hundred pieces per style, which forces young brands to tie up capital in inventory before they know what sells. A 100-piece minimum lets you test a design, gather real customer feedback and scale only what performs. If you are planning several styles, we confirm the minimum for each one in the written quotation and can suggest quantities that keep the first order efficient.Every order starts from a physical sample rather than a screen. Sampling is charged and quoted before work begins, the fee is offset only when the bulk volume is large enough, and the process takes about two weeks. The approved sample then becomes the reference document for the bulk run, including fabric, colour, decoration placement and construction.Once the sample is approved, bulk production runs three to four weeks, after which the goods are packed and shipped by sea, air or land depending on urgency and volume. Working backwards from a launch date is the reliable way to confirm whether a schedule holds, because it exposes the freight and clearance time that a production-only plan tends to hide.

Question 3

If goods do not meet the agreed specification, contact us as soon as possible with photographs, the style reference and, where relevant, the carton nu

Accepted Answer

Returns for quality issuesIf goods do not meet the agreed specification, contact us as soon as possible with photographs, the style reference and, where relevant, the carton number, so the point can be matched to the order and reviewed against the approved sample. The review compares the delivered goods with the documentation agreed before production, which is exactly why sample approval and inspection records matter: they are the shared reference for the discussion rather than a matter of opinion.Where goods are confirmed as not meeting the agreed standard, we agree a remedy with you in writing. That might be a correction, a replacement of the affected pieces, or another solution both sides accept, depending on the case.Any general returns term for sweatpants and joggers is confirmed in your quotation or contract rather than assumed in advance, and nothing is decided without reviewing the actual goods and records.Send the details and photographs and we will begin the review promptly.Warranty, returns and replacement are commercial terms rather than production details, so they are set out in the contract and confirmed with your order instead of being stated as a general promise.

Question 4

A jogger can be matched to a hoodie as a set, and building both from the same fabric and colour reference is what makes the pair sit together properly

Accepted Answer

Can you match joggers to a matching hoodie setThe practical answer depends on your specification rather than on a standard figure, which is why we confirm it in the quotation.Printed leg graphics and embroidered marks are the usual treatments, and leg placement has to be set before the seams close. Inspection covers elastic recovery, inseam measurement and cuff symmetry..We would rather raise a risk before sampling than discover it during bulk production.Sizing is agreed inside one colourway, so a size run can follow your real sales curve. Each colour is dyed, cut and finished as its own group, so consistency is maintained colour by colour. The approved sample is kept as the working reference so a repeat order behaves like the first one.Bulk production starts once the sample is approved in writing, not while the specification is still moving.Lead time increases when a pant has to be matched to a hoodie or top, because both pieces run through dyeing together.Sampling is charged separately and quoted upfront, and it may be credited against the bulk order only where the bulk quantity is large enough. If you would like this applied to a specific style, share the reference and the volume you have in mind and we will answer directly.
