Accepted Answer

Fabrics availableWe work with a wide range of fabrics for streetwear: cotton and cotton blends, heavyweight jersey, French terry, fleece, denim, twill, canvas, ripstop and nylon, among others. The right choice depends on the garment, the fit you want, the season and your target price point. For classic streetwear pieces, brands often choose heavier cotton for t-shirts and French terry or fleece for hoodies, because those fabrics hold their shape and carry prints and embroidery well. Denim and canvas suit workwear-inspired jackets and pants, while technical fabrics are used for sport-influenced styles.Availability is confirmed during development, and we can propose alternatives when a specific fabric is not obtainable. Where the fabric is critical to the design, we recommend confirming the option with a swatch and then approving it on the sample.Send us your design or a reference garment and we will propose suitable fabric options for your project.A practical approach to fabric decisions: shortlist two or three options with swatches, compare them against your reference for weight, hand feel and colour, and confirm the final choice on the sample. That sequence prevents costly surprises after bulk production has started.

Quotation turnaroundWe aim to respond quickly. Send your design, tech pack or reference together with quantities and your target market, and our team will confirm the quotation timeline in our reply. Where specifications are complete, quotations are usually prepared within a short window; more complex projects may need a little longer if fabrics must be sourced or construction details need clarification. To speed things up, include the essentials in your first message: garment type and style, target quantity per style and colour, fabric preference or reference garment, decoration requirements, labelling and packaging needs, destination country and target delivery date.If some details are not finalised, send what you have. We will indicate which decisions affect cost and lead time most, and often a short call or a few messages is enough to close the gaps before quoting.Contact our team with your project details and we will confirm when you can expect the quotation. If your specifications are incomplete, do not wait: send what you have and note the open points. Our team will tell you which decisions affect cost and timing, and usually a short exchange of messages is enough to confirm the rest before issuing the quotation.

Accepted Answer

L/C and T/TWe work with bank transfer between companies as the standard payment method. Whether a letter of credit is suitable depends on the order size, the destination and the requirements of both companies, so it is assessed case by case and confirmed in the quotation rather than offered as a default. For large orders, payment structure is usually discussed directly with the client, including the deposit, the balance milestone and any documentation the buyer requires, such as inspection records or shipping documents. We prefer to agree these details before production starts so the process runs smoothly. Our aim is a payment arrangement that both sides can rely on, documented in writing in the quotation and order documents.Tell us your preferred payment structure and we will confirm what is possible for your order. If documentation is important on your side, for example an invoice, packing list or inspection record that must accompany payment, include those requirements at the quotation stage. Knowing them early allows the paperwork to be prepared correctly and avoids delays when the goods are ready to ship.

Accepted Answer

Currencies and IncotermsWe normally quote in USD. Accepted Incoterms depend on your destination, your preferred logistics arrangement and the shipping method, so they are confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed. Common options include arrangements where we handle export and freight, and arrangements where your own forwarder collects from the factory. The practical difference matters for cost planning. When we arrange shipping, the quotation includes transport and export documentation; when you use your own forwarder, the quoted price covers the goods and factory-side preparation, and freight is arranged on your side. In both cases we confirm responsibilities in writing so there is no ambiguity. For larger orders, we can also compare shipping methods, for example sea versus air, and show the trade-off between transit time and cost, so you can choose the option that fits your launch schedule.Tell us your destination and preferred terms and we will confirm the quotation structure for your order.

Accepted Answer

Paying after inspectionBalance terms are agreed in the quotation before production. If you plan to inspect the goods before the final payment, tell us early so the payment schedule and the inspection timing are aligned in the order documents from the beginning rather than negotiated at the end.In practice this means agreeing three things in advance: when the inspection will take place, who arranges it, and which payment milestone follows the inspection result. That way there is no ambiguity about when payment falls due and no delay while terms are discussed.Where a third-party inspection is used, we cooperate fully with the inspector and coordinate timing so the check happens before packing and shipping.Mention your inspection plan when you request the quotation and we will structure the payment schedule around it.If you use a third-party inspection, agree the standard in advance, such as the checkpoints and the sampling level, and share it with both the inspector and our team. We coordinate timing so the inspection happens before packing, and inspection records are made available to you with the shipping documents.

Accepted Answer

Mixed-category ordersYes. We can plan orders that combine different garment categories in one production schedule, for example tees together with hoodies and bottoms. Each style follows its own minimum of 100 pieces per style, per color, and the quotation lists quantities and prices per style so the structure stays transparent.Mixed-category planning is often used by brands releasing a coordinated collection, because it keeps the range coherent and simplifies shipping: garments finished at similar times can be packed and shipped together, which reduces freight costs compared with several separate shipments. If some styles are ready earlier than others, we can also arrange partial shipments so the first styles reach you sooner rather than waiting for the whole order. The schedule is confirmed at quotation stage, based on your quantities and target dates.Send us the full list of styles you are planning and we will confirm how the order can be structured.Where styles share the same fabric and colour, producing them in the same cycle also improves consistency, because the fabric and dye lot are the same. If your collection includes several categories, tell us the full list early so cutting, sewing and finishing can be planned efficiently rather than style by style.

Accepted Answer

Mixing sizes and colorsYes, sizes can be mixed within one colorway to reach the minimum. A single style and colour can be ordered as a spread of sizes, for example S, M, L and XL totalling 100 pieces, which is the usual approach for a first production run.Different colours are treated as separate orders, because our MOQ applies per style, per color, and each colour involves separate fabric or dye lots, cutting and setup. If your size curve is not finalised, send an estimate and we will confirm a workable split before production.A practical planning approach is to weight the first order towards the sizes that sell best in your market, then adjust on reorder based on actual sales data. For colour, many brands start with two or three core colours and add seasonal shades once the style is proven.Share your size and colour plan with our team and we will confirm the details in the quotation. For colour planning, it helps to think in terms of what you can sell rather than what you can order: a strong core colour, one seasonal shade and one accent is a common structure for a first run. Additional colours can be added on reorder once the style has proven itself.

Accepted Answer

Deposit requirementsA deposit is commonly required to start production, with the balance due according to the agreed schedule. The exact percentage and the milestone at which the balance falls due are confirmed in your quotation, because they can vary with order size, materials and specifications. The deposit covers the start of production: ordering fabric, scheduling cutting and sewing, and reserving capacity in the production plan. The balance is typically linked to completion or shipment. Where a client arranges inspection before shipment, the payment schedule can be aligned with the inspection date so both sides are protected. We recommend confirming the payment schedule together with pricing and lead time, so the full picture is clear before the order is placed. Any deviation from the agreed schedule is discussed in writing.Ask our team for the payment terms for your specific order and they will be set out clearly in the quotation. It also helps to know what the deposit covers: fabric orders, cutting and sewing scheduling and reserved capacity. If you need to align payment milestones with an inspection or with your own internal approval process, raise it during quotation so the schedule can be adjusted before production starts.

Question 9

Accepted Answer

Setup and tooling feesWe quote sampling and any optional services in advance, and the quotation itemizes the main cost elements: sample development, fabric and trims, cutting and sewing, decoration such as printing, embroidery or washing, labels and packaging, and shipping. There are no unexpected line items added later.Special requests are quoted separately because they involve real additional materials or processing time. Examples include custom hardware such as zippers and pulls, special wash stages, additional decoration placements, or bespoke packaging. Where an item involves tooling, we confirm the cost before production begins rather than after. If your budget is fixed, tell us the target and we will explain which specification choices bring the cost down without affecting the qualities your customers notice most, such as fabric weight, fit and finishing.Request a quotation for your design and we will list every element clearly before you commit. When comparing suppliers, ask each one for an itemized quotation rather than a single unit price. Side-by-side line items make it obvious whether a lower headline price excludes sampling, decoration or packaging, and that comparison is usually more valuable than the headline number alone.

Accepted Answer

Payment termsPayment is made by bank transfer between companies. The full schedule is set out in the contract, so both sides know the payment stages before production begins. There are no verbal arrangements: everything relevant to payment is written down.Typical structures involve a deposit to start production and the balance at an agreed milestone, such as before shipment or after inspection. Because terms can vary with order size, specifications and the length of the relationship, the exact schedule is set out in the contract for each order. If your company works with specific internal requirements, such as approval by an inspection report or payment after a shipping document is issued, tell us at the quotation stage so the schedule can be aligned before work starts.Send us your project details and we will include the payment schedule in the quotation for your review. One practical suggestion: confirm the payment schedule at the same time as pricing and lead time, before the order is placed. When all three are documented together, production planning is straightforward and there is no last-minute negotiation.

Accepted Answer

Sample versus bulk pricingSamples are one-off development pieces, so their unit cost is higher than bulk production. A sample involves pattern development, decoration or wash setup and a small run, while bulk pricing spreads those costs across the full order quantity. Comparing sample price with bulk price directly is therefore not meaningful. We quote the sampling fee separately and confirm it before development starts. The number of included revision rounds depends on the style and is confirmed in the sampling quotation, so expectations are clear on both sides. Once you approve the sample, we quote the bulk unit price for your order quantity. If your bulk order qualifies in size, the sample fee can be credited after the bulk order is placed, with the exact terms confirmed in your quotation. Many brands treat the sample fee as a development cost and focus on the bulk unit price and total landed cost when comparing suppliers.Send your design and planned quantity and we will quote sampling and bulk pricing separately and clearly.

Accepted Answer

How unit price is calculatedThe unit price of hoodies and amp; sweatshirts depends on several elements: fabric and weight, construction and fit complexity, decoration such as printing, embroidery or washing, labels and packaging, and the total quantity you order. Each of these changes the cost structure, which is why we quote per project rather than from a fixed price list.Fixed costs, including pattern development, machine setup, screen or embroidery setup and packing preparation, are spread across the number of pieces produced. That is why larger volumes normally bring a lower unit price: the same fixed cost is divided by more units. To make comparison easy, we provide an itemized quotation showing the main cost elements, and we can quote two or three quantity levels so you can see how the price changes with volume. If your design is still evolving, we can also indicate which specification choices have the biggest effect on cost.Send your design and target quantities and we will prepare a clear, itemized quotation for your project.

Trial orders before bulk productionYes. With an MOQ of 100 pieces per style, per color, you can place a trial order before committing to a larger production run. This is the approach we usually recommend for a new collection: choose one or two core styles, approve the sample, and test how the fit, fabric and decoration perform with real customers before scaling up.Once a style sells, reorders follow the same minimum, so restocking stays predictable and the pattern and wash recipes are already established. That means reorders are typically faster and involve fewer decisions than the first order.A practical tip from our team: keep the first run focused, with fewer styles, colours and decoration placements. MOQ for hoodies and amp; sweatshirtsOur standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. The minimum applies to each individual style you order, rather than being a total across a whole collection, so a brand can start with one design and still meet the requirement.Sizes can be mixed within one colorway to reach the minimum. Accepted Answer

References and case examplesWe can describe the type of work we produce and explain how a project of that kind runs, but we do not publish client names or contact details, because brand information and designs are confidential to each client.Where a client agrees, we can describe a project in general terms, such as the category and the process followed, without identifying the brand. This is the more respectful approach for clients who sell under their own label and guard their supplier relationships. The practical alternative is a factory visit or a video call, where you can see the sample room, the production floor and the quality process directly rather than relying on another brand's testimony about cargo pants. We would rather show you how we work than ask clients to act as references without their agreement, and any example we use is shared only with their consent.Tell us what you would like to assess and we will confirm what can be shared or shown.

Accepted Answer

Returns for quality issuesIf goods do not meet the agreed specification, contact us as soon as possible with photographs, the style reference and, where relevant, the carton number, so the point can be matched to the order and reviewed against the approved sample. The review compares the delivered goods with the documentation agreed before production, which is exactly why sample approval and inspection records matter: they are the shared reference for the discussion rather than a matter of opinion.Where goods are confirmed as not meeting the agreed standard, we agree a remedy with you in writing. That might be a correction, a replacement of the affected pieces, or another solution both sides accept, depending on the case.Any general returns term for cargo pants is confirmed in your quotation or contract rather than assumed in advance, and nothing is decided without reviewing the actual goods and records.Send the details and photographs and we will begin the review promptly.

Question 28

Accepted Answer

Colour approval before productionColour is approved before production, so bulk goods are made to an agreed reference rather than to an expectation. Depending on the material, approval is made against a physical swatch or a lab dip prepared for the specific fabric. For colours supported from stock, the reference is a swatch of the actual fabric. Where a colour has to be dyed, a lab dip is prepared and compared against your target before bulk dyeing begins, so the shade is settled in advance. We recommend approving a physical sample rather than a screen image, because displays and lighting vary and a colour can look different on a monitor than on fabric. This is especially true for washed and garment-dyed finishes.Because colour is checked against the same reference throughout the order, this also supports consistency between cartons and, later, between reorders of cargo pants.Tell us your colour target and the fabric you have in mind and we will confirm the approval route for your order.

Accepted Answer

Size grading across a full rangeGrading means applying consistent increments between sizes so the fit stays right as the size changes. We agree the base size and the increments with you, then apply them across the whole range rather than scaling a single size by eye.In practice the base size is approved first, because the increments follow from a fit you are happy with. Once the base is confirmed, the pattern is graded across the range and the result is checked on a graded sample before bulk production. For extended or plus sizes, grading is handled with extra care, because increments that work in the middle of a range often need adjusting at the extremes. Testing one extended size early in development is much cheaper than correcting it after bulk. The graded chart is documented, so a reorder or a new colourway follows the same fit rather than being re-graded, which keeps cargo pants consistent between production runs.Send your target size range and base size and we will confirm the grading approach for your order.

Accepted Answer

Producing to your exact measurements and specsYes. If you already have measurements or a specification, we produce to your figures rather than to a standard chart. Send the measurement points and how each one is taken, so there is no ambiguity later about where a measurement is read.In practice we build a measurement chart for your style, produce the sample against it, and you approve the fit on that sample. The approved sample and the chart then become the reference for bulk production and for any reorder.Where you have a physical garment rather than a chart, we can measure it and agree the points with you, because measuring the actual piece removes uncertainty about how a measurement is defined, such as chest at underarm or chest one inch below.Every measurement has a tolerance, since fabric and construction behave differently across sizes and after washing. The acceptable range is agreed with you rather than left open, and it is recorded with the specification.Send your chart, specification or reference garment and we will confirm what is needed to produce cargo pants to your exact requirement.
